I like to bring in your kind attention that congress party is having its flag in three colours which looks similar to our National Flag. Moreover they are calling it ‘TIRANGA’ in their meetings,hoardings and media channels. I saw a programme ‘Youth Brigade’ on T.V. wherein Navin Jindal a congress candidate from Haryana saying ‘TIRANGA’ at 200ft.
In my view most of Indian population being illiterate, confuse congress party flag with National Flag…giving an edge to congress party. In my opinion ( for next elections ):

1. All parties to have their party flag not in more than two colors.
2. If at all congress party has to keep in three colors, it should be in ‘ITALIAN FLAG ’ design and colours,or
3. BJP should be allowed to have its falg in colors like national flag with Lotus in the middle.

Please advise the voters in your meeting or through media to be aware of imitations and call the congress party fraud for calling their flag as ‘TIRANGA’.
Congress party should be banned from calling their flag as ‘TIRANGA’.

A PIL may also be filed/thought for against some congress spokespersons calling their flag as ‘TIRANGA’.
